As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Sales & Operations Manager to drive our expansion in the US.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales and overall operations on the East coast (first of all in D.C., Virginia, Maryland, etc.). This role requires an independent mindset, sales and operations managerial experience, personal connections on the East coast in the hospitality construction & renovation field, and an understanding of the strategy and tactics of bringing new products to the market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the regional market.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to create targeted sales campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for market expansion.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. business regulations and operational procedures.
