Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and inviting dining experience
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food preparation, food handling, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
