What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr Systems Admin position at Bode Technology?
Purpose or Reason for the Position: The Junior Systems Administrator is responsible for helpdesk, IT inventory management, onboarding, offboarding and updating end users, computer setup and deployment and other duties as assigned.

- Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory of all IT assets including hardware, software, and internet/vendor accounts. Provide regular reporting and updates as needed.
- Level 1 Support: Deliver first-level technical support to end users, both remotely and onsite, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Security Monitoring: Monitor antivirus and software systems daily to ensure security compliance and proactively address any concerns.
- User Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including creation and removal of user accounts, assignment of Office 365, Adobe, and antivirus licenses.
- Hardware Deployment: Perform computer setup, configuration, and deployment for new and existing users.
- Office Walkthroughs: Conduct weekly walkthroughs of the office to identify technical issues, verify equipment functionality, and ensure proper conference room setup.
- General Support: Assist with additional IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- 3 ( ) years of experience providing system administration and production support for Windows Operating systems
- Knowledge of basic network principles and functions (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-based systems and tools
