Who you are:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead and oversee our social media platforms and brand communication channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled and versatile content-expert and who will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and assisting in maintaining the Bodega Taqueria y Tequila brand channels. This role will act as an expert on all areas of social media management, content creation, advertising, trends, and industry updates.
What you’ll do with us:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador in the field, stepping into the content itself and external engagement dynamics fluidly.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written copy, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Organize and coordinate campaign photoshoots with photographers and the Operations teams.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize social media performance and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a proactive and responsive approach to social media interactions, promptly addressing comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster positive online conversations by engaging with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Leading meetings regarding social media, reviewing analytics and upcoming content proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing teams, creative teams, and other relevant departments, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Implement and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with the company's vision and values.
- Possesses deep understanding of social platforms and algorithms that affect day-to-day publishing and content strategy
- Fluency in all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter and TikTok as well as fluency in various supporting social software programs
- Review and advise on food & beverage photoshoot shot lists, mood boards, and general creative directions.
- Capture and curate content that can be used across different media verticals using an iPhone (i.e. Social, Web, Print, App Etc.)
- Oversee and create engaging on-site live coverage from restaurant events and activations
What we’ll need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a track record of successful content creation and account management. Experience as a Social Media leader in hospitality or food & beverage is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.

Working Conditions disclaimer: This role is onsite, Monday through Friday at our corporate office in Miami Beach with routine expectations to travel to our properties located throughout South Florida and other operating markets.
