We're looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling efforts and bring our brand narratives to life across all digital touchpoints. This role blends creative vision with data-driven marketing to grow our online presence, engage our audiences, and drive results across multiple platforms. You’ll be the voice of our brand(s) and the architect behind compelling digital content and community-building initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Messaging & Digital Storytelling
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports business goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Craft cohesive brand stories that highlight the unique identity and guest experience of each concept.
- Uphold brand consistency across all digital channels and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Lead guest communication through app notifications, email campaigns, website updates, and third-party platforms.
Integrated Campaign Management
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to execute integrated digital campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and direct reservations.
- Identify and capitalize on local market opportunities through partnerships and research-driven initiatives.
Content Creation & Execution
- Manage the creation of high-quality content including social media calendars, email campaigns, SMS marketing, website updates, and app notifications.
- Align content across platforms with brand voice and promotional calendars.
- Define and track KPIs, using analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
- Facilitate real-time content sharing, community engagement, and consistent brand tagging.
- Organize and coordinate content for events, photoshoots, and programming initiatives.
- Maintain an organized library of up-to-date image and video assets.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Lead social strategy for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee daily execution of social media operations, ensuring relevance, consistency, and responsiveness.
- Conduct trend research, social listening, and community management.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
Digital Strategy & Website Oversight
- Manage website content, updates, and SEO optimization with a focus on user experience and performance.
- Analyze website traffic and conversion metrics; report key insights to leadership.
- Coordinate paid digital campaigns with agency partners, continuously optimizing for performance.
Third-Party Platform & Online Presence Management
- Ensure brand accuracy and visibility on third-party sites and delivery platforms.

Loyalty Marketing & Guest Engagement
- Manage loyalty platform tools (e.g., Lunchbox) to drive guest segmentation, app usage, and direct ordering.
- Design campaigns that foster engagement, frequency, and long-term loyalty.
- Use loyalty data to inform strategy and iterate for stronger outcomes.
Email Marketing
- Lead the development of strategic email campaigns, from concept to execution.
- Manage audience segmentation and implement automation for personalized guest journeys.
- Use A/B testing to continuously improve open and click-through rates and optimize campaign performance.
Event Marketing Support
- Ensure event content is captured and shared across platforms in real time.
- Partner with photographers, on-site teams, and vendors to curate dynamic, branded event content.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing and social media coordinators.
- Provide clear guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster growth and performance.

- Proficiency in platforms and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital trends, and community engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.

Working Conditions disclaimer: This role is onsite, Monday through Friday at our corporate office in Miami Beach with routine expectations to travel to our properties located throughout South Florida and other operating markets.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
