Key Responsibilities
- Lead safe and efficient project delivery within a principal delivery model.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and project opportunities.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
- Manage bids, tenders, and proposals to secure new business.
- Deliver innovative solutions and contribute to strategic business growth.
Qualifications
- Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).
- Proven track record in managing complex projects in M&E, FM, or construction.
- Experience leading teams and managing P&L.
- Strong technical skills (MS Office) and exceptional communication abilities.
