Head of Projects

About the Role:

As the Project Director, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of business unit projects, from identifying opportunities to ensuring timely and financially successful completion. You'll also focus on building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors while managing risk, compliance, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery, ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain external relationships to secure major projects.
• Develop and manage project bids, tenders, and proposals.
• Maximize profit through strategic cost reductions and efficient subcontractor management.
• Generate new sales opportunities and grow a strong project pipeline.
• Ensure all projects meet statutory regulations, QHSE compliance, and industry standards.
• Lead and develop your team for long-term growth and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field (desirable).
• Experience in bids, tenders, and proposal management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Full P&L responsibility experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
