Boden US is recruiting on behalf of a key client for a Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant to support the mobilisation of a major client account in New York.

This is a remote/work-from-home role with some travel to client sites and offices. If you’re a strategic, results-driven procurement professional with expertise in facilities management (FM), this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

About the Role

As a Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant, you’ll lead procurement and supply chain mobilisation activities, collaborating with internal teams (operations, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient transition.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Expert with deep knowledge of the US FM market

✅ Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills

✅ Supplier network in FM (hard & soft services) is a strong advantage

✅ Commercial acumen with contract formulation and negotiation experience

✅ Digitally savvy – strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook skills; PowerBI & CAFM experience a plus

✅ CIPS/APICS qualification or equivalent training desirable

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✅ Ability to work autonomously, remotely, and flexibly in a multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Procurement & SRM – sourcing, benchmarking, supplier negotiations, spend analysis

🔹 Supply Chain Mobilisation & Stabilisation – leading the full procurement lifecycle for new accounts

🔹 Commercial Strategy & Contract Management – RfX processes, pricing, benchmarking, contract formation, savings identification, and budget control

🔹 Supplier Onboarding – working with procurement, operations, QHSE, and finance teams

🔹 Ethical & Sustainable Procurement – supplier diversity, social value, and modern slavery prevention

Location

📍 Remote (Work-from-home) with travel to client sites, primarily in New York.
