Responsibilities

We are a marketing savvy business that generates inbound leads daily thru SEO, PPC, SM, direct mail and more. Bodenvy is looking for an addition to it's marketing department. This position will be responsible to follow-up on inbound leads, pre-selling prospects and then scheduling an appointment for our body sculpting consultant.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.

· Make on average 80 - dials per day

· Demonstrate ethical sales practices.

· Maintain detailed notes in Hubspot.

· Follow all company protocols, policies and procedures.

· SMS texting with prospects.

· Exceptional phone etiquette for daily phone conversations.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school degree or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

· Must have exceptional verbal skills and be highly articulate.

· Successful sales or appointment setting experience may be substituted for academic credentials.

· Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Hubspot, SMS text messaging, etc.).

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills.

· Must be a self-starter.

· Compelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence/ build rapport.

· Must maintain a high attention to detail.
