What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Boderland Snacks?
Responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and selling vending machine solution, negotiate contracts, and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Customer Relations:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads for vending machine placements.
- Needs Assessment: Understanding a customer's specific needs and preferences related to vending machines and the products they offer.
- Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales and Negotiation: Utilizing effective sales and negotiation techniques to secure new accounts and retain existing ones.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or problems that may arise with vending machines or customer requests.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Training: Training new employees or staff on vending machine operations.
- Reporting: Preparing sales reports and other relevant documents.
- Inventory Control: Managing inventory of vending machines and associated products.
