Bodhi Counseling & Consulting Center, PC is hiring a part-time bookkeeper/office manager/medical biller. We’re a small, local, group practice that values our connections to our community. This is a part-time position with the potential to add hours as Bodhi grows. You must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality

Duties
Office Manager
- Complete tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule consultations for clinicians
- Maintain our social media presence while promoting Bodhi's values
- Send out monthly newsletters
- Organize and promote continuing education seminars
- Comply with all corporate, legal and contractual HIPAA requirements.
- Get Mail from our post office box.
- Bank Deposits
Bookkeeper
- Payroll processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain orderly and up-to-date financial records
- Pay Bills
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and financial tracking as needed.
Billing Specialist
- File medical claims with insurance companies.
- Follow up with denied claims as needed
- Identify any errors in billing.
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts
- Answer client questions regarding billing issues
Essential Skills
- Understanding and deep respect for HIPPA
- Be able to engage in critical thinking
- Familiarity with payroll processes, budgeting principles and financial management
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with medical office management practices
- Familiarity with Wix
- Familiarity with social media posting software
- Proficiency in Google Drive
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
