Bodhi Express seeks a part-time kitchen team member to work Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat evenings, 4 pm to 10pm. Must work all four shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and cook food in a quick service kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Clean pots and pans, take out trash, sweep and mop
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or fast food service setting like Chipotle, Panda or Piada is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, storage and cooking is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeaner and teamwork skills
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and happy personality
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be an adult, no minors, no high school students
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 4 pm to 10 pm
Pay: $17-$19 depending on experience plus shared tips (extra $1-$2/hr)
