Spa and Boutique General Manager

Compensation: Commission-Based (Earn a percentage of in-store revenue, with potential for higher earnings as the business grows)

We specialize in non-invasive treatments, waist training, and organic products designed to enhance and contour the body naturally. Our goal is to expand into multiple locations while maintaining the prestige and effectiveness of our brand.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and business-savvy General Manager to help take our boutique location to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, natural beauty, and wellness and wants to play a key role in growing a thriving business.

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the boutique and spa

• Acting as a cashier and spa technician (training provided) until additional staff is hired

• Driving in-store sales growth through exceptional customer service and product knowledge

• Developing marketing and promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue

• Hiring and training staff as the business grows

• Working directly with the owner to expand the boutique into multiple locations

• Ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly

• Highly organized, responsible, and able to work independently
