Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our innovative motor solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical components (structural, shafts, gearing) for motors and controls.
• Conduct basic engineering calculations (reaction loads, stress analysis, safety factor).
• Generate, revise and review technical drawings and 3D models.
• Work on cost improvement projects with Manufacturing teams.
• Assist Quality Assurance teams with product assessments.
• Collaborate with Purchasing teams to evaluate and qualify new vendors or components.
• Lead product life testing.
• Hands-on work in Engineering lab (product teardown, testing).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of materials, statics, dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with spreadsheet software (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
• FEA experience a plus.

Working Environment:

• Fast-paced office and controlled manufacturing environment.
• Occasional travel may be required.
