Job Title: Routing Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Routing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, managing, and ensuring compliance with routing requirements for major retailers and distributors. This role requires experience with vendor portals, transportation management systems, and retailer-specific routing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order routing and transportation scheduling for major retailers, ensuring on-time shipments.
- Utilize retailer portals such as Walmart (Retail Link - TSCP), Target (Partners Online - ShipIQ), Amazon (Vendor Central - Shipments), ACE Hardware (TMS Bluejay), Macys (Macysnet), TJX Logistics (TJXLogistics.com), Williams Sonoma (Manhattan portal), and more.
- Complete and submit routing requests/forms for partners like NAF, Crate & Barrel, Cost Plus, HEB, Sur la Table, etc., within required timeframes.
- Work with retailers to ensure freight readiness within expected timelines.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with each retailer’s specific routing and shipping requirements with reference to our internal routing matrix.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any routing or transportation issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience in routing and transportation coordination, preferably within a retail or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in retailer portals (Retail Link, ShipIQ, Vendor Central, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, internal teams, and retail partners.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
