Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs-based analysis to determine the most suitable insurance coverage for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate complex information
- Previous experience in outside sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and persuade clients to purchase insurance policies
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
