Job Description :
As a Receptionist at BODY20 Dr Phillips, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will be essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and motivated to help others.
Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and provide a warm, professional welcome upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments and classes using our booking software
- Manage client check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about BODY20 services, memberships, and promotions
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
- Assist with membership sign-ups and sales transactions
- Support team members and ensure a smooth flow of operations within the studio
