Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner for weight loss clinic and medspa

Body Basics Wellness Center is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) For Weight Loss Clinic & MedSpa to join our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

Position: Aesthetics CRNP: For Medical Weight Loss Clinic & MedSpa

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time **Immediate Need for Qualified Candidates!**

Pay Range: $104,000 - $156,000

Our Weight Loss Clinic & MedSpa offers a wide range of services, and we are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetics CRNP Injector to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Consultations:
• Perform consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic and or weight loss goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide in-depth consultations to guide patients in selecting appropriate aesthetic treatments based on their needs.
• Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care, including pre-treatment assessments, treatment administration/post-treatment follow-up care.
• Aesthetic Treatments:
• Administer cosmetic injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers and other neuromodulators., weight loss medications and other aesthetic treatments, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Conduct skin care treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling and Hydrafacials.
• Patient Care and Follow-up:
• Monitor patients during and after treatments to ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions and care to optimize results and minimize complications.
• Address any concerns or side effects promptly and professionally.
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient.
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations, standards, and clinic policies.
• Assist with patient scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaboration and Training:
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience and the highest level of care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
• Mentor and train staff as needed on aesthetic procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Maryland.
• Certification in Advanced Aesthetic Procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments) preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Experience:
• Demonstrated proficiency in injectables and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, skin care, and cosmetic dermatology.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to patient care and safety.
• Current CRNP license in State of Maryland (ANCC/AANP) Certification (Required)
• DEA Certification (Required)
• CDS Certification (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Proficient in administering Botox and dermal fillers.
• Proven experience as an CRNP Injector with a strong focus on aesthetics (minimum 1-2 year of experience in medical aesthetics or medspa)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and provide compassionate care.
• Certification in aesthetic injectables preferred (e.g., Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector).
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment, with a commitment to delivering safe and effective treatments.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to aesthetic services.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Ability to Commute to multiple locations:

• Eldersburg, MD
• Reisterstown, MD

Expected hours: 8 hrs shifts

Office hours: Monday-Thursdays 10-6, Fridays 9-5 and Saturdays 9-3
