Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Assistant/Front Desk Associate that has Sales & Marketing Experience to join our team. This multifaceted role will involve driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, and managing front desk operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payments.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about our services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Medical Assistant Duties
- Conduct initial patient interviews to gather medical history and weight loss goals.
- Measure vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight).
-Administer SQ and IM injections.
- Provide education on weight loss programs, nutritional guidelines, and lifestyle changes.
- Discuss the benefits and risks of various treatments available at the clinic.
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist healthcare providers during procedures (e.g., injections, body contouring treatments).
- Administer non-invasive treatments as directed by licensed practitioners.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Update electronic health records (EHR) with patient information and treatment outcomes.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist in ordering new supplies and ensuring the clinic is well-stocked.
- Provide encouragement and support to patients throughout their weight loss journey.
- Follow up with patients to track their progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure treatment areas are clean and sanitized according to health regulations.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain patient safety.
- Stay updated on the latest weight loss trends, MedSpa treatments, and technology.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Sales:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their weight loss goals and sales.
- Conduct consultations and assessments to recommend appropriate programs and services.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into loyal clients.
-Answering phone calls, booking appointments and other front end duties as assigned.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

This role is patient-centered and requires working in a clinical setting, Medical Assistant Experience is a plus. The noise level is low to moderate and tranquil and relaxing setting.
Requires the ability to be flexible incorporating, walking, standing and sitting (with some bending and stooping), ability to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements, and ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
Business Hours: Mon-Thurs 10-6pm, Fridays 9-5pm and Saturdays 9-3pm. Closed on Sundays and all major Holidays.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant Certificate
- CPR Certification
Experience:
- Sales & Marketing experience 2 years (Preferred)
- Medical Assistant minimum 2 years (Required)
- Medical documentation: 1-2 years (Required)
- Medical receptionist: 1-2 years (Required)
- Office experience: 1-2 years (Required)
- Computer Skills: 1-2 years (Required)
