We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and help us bring fitness and wellness to even more people in our community. As a Sales Associate at BFT, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving memberships. Your goal will be to engage potential and current members, understand their fitness needs, and help them choose the right services to support their wellness journey. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for members and prospects, ensuring they have the best experience with our gym. Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge Presenting the BFT concept to any potential members Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks Giving studio tours Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide potential members through their first BFT workout Selling memberships to help the studio thrive Following up on prospective clients Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution Participating in marketing and outreach events Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (college or relevant certifications are a plus). Prior sales experience, preferably in the fitness or customer service industries. Passion for fitness, health and wellness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
