Are you ready to bring the hype to the gym floor? BFT is a fast-growing strength and conditioning studio, and were on the hunt to add an energetic and passionate Group Fitness Coach to lead our killer workouts!
What You'll Do :
Lead high-energy group classes alongside other certified trainers.
Demo exercises like a pro and provide form feedback to keep our members crushing it safely.
Hype up the room with your energy and keep members motivated to achieve their goals.
Chat with potential members about the magic of fitness and how BFT can change their lives.
Help us keep the studio fresh and clean with light tidying up before and after classes.
Pay Range : $25$45 / hr, depending on your experience and how much awesome you bring to the team.
Who You Are :
Certified and confident : You hold an active CPR license and personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
A people person : You can chat with anyone, whether it's helping members or getting prospects pumped about joining.
High-energy vibes : Youre the kind of coach who makes people want to come back for more.
Team player : Youre cool with helping out wherever neededbecause thats how we roll.
