Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk / Sales Associate to join our team. This position is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our members while driving sales and growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and excel at engaging with prospective members. This role involves making phone calls approximately 60% of the time to convert leads, follow up with trial members, and retain current members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Engagement : Proactively reach out to leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule studio tours or trial classes.
- Member Retention : Build relationships with current members, handle their concerns, and ensure an exceptional studio experience.
- Sales : Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting memberships, trial packages, and studio merchandise.
- Administrative Duties : Manage the front desk, handle customer bookings, and assist with day-to-day studio operations.
- Community Building : Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all members and staff, contributing to the vibrant and fun culture we’re known for.
