Company Description
Body Fit Training (BFT) is a functional training and strength-based program offered by Xponential Fitness. It provides a community-based environment designed to drive individual member health goals in a coach-led group setting. BFT uses science and technology-based training techniques to ensure members benefit from diversified movement patterns which reduce fat and create lean muscle. The program offers 13 unique workouts that combine cardio and resistance training to train different energy systems and muscle types every day.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Coach at Body Fit Training located in Highlands Ranch, CO. The Coach will be responsible for leading 50-minute functional training and strength-based programs in a group setting. The Coach will also be responsible for tracking member performance, communicating with members on an ongoing basis, and providing guidance and support to help members achieve their health goals.
Qualifications
- Fitness instruction and coaching skills
- Experience with functional training and strength-based programs
- Ability to provide modifications for various fitness levels and injuries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- National personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $70.00 per hour
