This role is 85% sales-focused, meaning you’ll be actively prospecting, following up, and closing deals every single day. The remaining 15% involves supporting studio operations, training staff on sales processes, and ensuring a seamless member experience.

Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation (85%)
- Generate leads, follow up, and close sales daily
- Make daily outbound calls to prospects, trial participants, and past leads to drive conversions
- Meet required call volume and follow-up KPIs to ensure strong pipeline management
- Convert trial participants into full-paying members
- Manage and drive two key revenue streams: memberships and retail
- Track and analyze key sales metrics to hit (and exceed) monthly goals
- Develop and maintain local marketing efforts, including partnerships and referral programs
- Train and mentor staff on sales processes when needed
- Ensure a high-quality experience for every prospective and current member
- Support staff in maintaining studio operations and best practices
- 2 years of fitness membership sales experience or similar recurring membership services
- Comfortable making daily calls and follow-ups to meet KPIs
- A proactive and goal-driven approach to sales
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and coach others on sales techniques
- Outgoing and confident in building relationships and handling objections
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with management
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
