BFT is revolutionizing group fitness with science-backed, results-driven training in a welcoming and supportive studio environment. With our grand opening just around the corner, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead our sales efforts and cultivate an energetic, connected fitness community in Apex, NC.
What You’ll Do
As our Sales Manager, you will:
- Be the face of the studio – Develop relationships with members, prospects, and the Apex community to create a loyal and engaged fitness family.
- Drive memberships – Lead sales efforts by making 50 outbound calls per day, hosting in-studio tours, and building relationships to convert leads into loyal members.
- Own grassroots marketing – Network with local businesses, participate in community events, and execute creative campaigns to grow awareness and drive traffic to the studio.
- Overcome objections like a pro – Confidently handle concerns and communicate the value of BFT’s training programs, ensuring prospects understand why BFT is the perfect fit for them.
- Cultivate a thriving community – Create an environment where members feel supported, motivated, and connected to their fitness journey and each other.
- Hit the ground running – Execute pre-sales strategies before opening, including lead generation and securing founding memberships to ensure a strong studio launch.
- Collaborate with the team – Work alongside coaches and ownership to ensure an exceptional member experience at every touchpoint.
