Are you a passionate, certified personal trainer with the energy, expertise, and motivation to lead high-performance group training sessions? Body Fit Training (BFT) Oakland is looking for dynamic and driven coaches to inspire our members with cutting-edge, science-backed workouts that deliver real results.
As a BFT Trainer, you’ll lead 50-minute functional and strength-based classes that combine cardio, resistance, and progressive programming. Every session is designed to challenge, engage, and energize our members—no two workouts are ever the same!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Unforgettable Workouts: Guide and motivate members through structured, high-energy classes that incorporate the latest in fitness science, from explosive cardio bursts to functional strength training.
- Prioritize Safety & Form: Be the expert our members trust, ensuring proper technique and minimizing injury risk while helping them achieve their fitness goals.
- Ignite a Community Spirit: Build an inclusive, supportive, and fun atmosphere where members feel inspired to push their limits, celebrate milestones, and return for more.
- Deliver Results-Driven Programming: Utilize BFT’s globally proven training systems to help clients of all fitness levels reach their goals while keeping every class fresh, exciting, and transformative.
What You Bring:
- Personal Training Certification: Hold a valid certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, or equivalent).
- Experience Leading Group Classes: A strong background in leading high-energy group fitness sessions is essential. Experience in strength and conditioning is a big plus.
- Passion for Fitness: Your enthusiasm for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their best is contagious.
