Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Scheduling & Support: Ensure every patient feels cared for from their first call to their final visit, managing appointments and follow-ups seamlessly.
- Insurance & Financial Management: Verify insurance, handle authorizations, process payments, and maintain financial accuracy.
- Administrative Oversight: Supervise front desk operations, including patient communication, check-ins, and phone inquiries.
- Billing & Claims: Accurately manage billing-related tasks, including processing insurance claims and resolving patient accounts.
- Sales & CRM Management: Manage our CRM (training provided), follow up with patients, and help convert leads into appointments.
- Positive Clinic Environment: Cultivate a warm, professional atmosphere that reflects our patient-first philosophy.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve clinic processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish: Serve our diverse patient base with ease.
- Healthcare Experience: Background in a front desk or healthcare role, with EMR system knowledge preferred.
- Billing Expertise: Familiarity with billing, insurance processing, or financial management in healthcare.
- Sales & CRM Savvy: Experience with CRM systems like Go High Level or similar is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Warm, empathetic, and professional in every interaction.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced clinic.
