Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic, safe, and engaging reformer Pilates classes and private sessions.
- Provide modifications and adjustments for different client needs and abilities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude within the studio.
- Work collaboratively with the studio team to support member retention and engagement.
Qualifications:
✅ Certified Pilates Instructor (comprehensive or reformer certification preferred).
✅ Passionate about movement, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
✅ Excellent communication skills with an ability to motivate and engage clients.
✅ Experience teaching reformer Pilates is preferred, but we welcome eager and qualified applicants!
✅ Ability to adapt, modify, and personalize exercises for different skill levels.

Founded in 2022, Body Language Pilates is a beautiful, boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Bay View, Milwaukee. Our mission is to create safe, inviting, and inclusive spaces where people can rediscover the mind-body connection through intentional movement. We believe in collaborative communication, encouragement, and continuous learning—for both our clients and our instructors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
