A private and upscale medical practice is looking for a multi-talented medical assistant and phlebotomist.
The candidate needs to have good organizational skills and be able to multitask. Good conversational skills and phone etiquette is a must. We prefer athletic and health conscious individuals as the primary service in our office is anti-aging medicine and nutritional supplements.
We are looking for a reliable and highly motivated individual who can manage phone calls and scheduling, keep the office clean and neat, and be in charge of inventory and do blood draws as needed.

Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Daily tasks:
- Clean, prepare and organize our boutique style office
- Process supplement orders, pack and ship boxes
- Answer phone calls, messages and emails
- Schedule patients
- Collect payments
- Blood draw once or twice a day, prepare for and schedule pick ups
Other tasks:
- Medical supply inventory
- Nutritional supplement inventory
- Receiving boxes and stocking cabinets
- Learn and have fun
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Hourly: Negotiable based on experience
Experienced candidates only:
- Medical office / clinic, medical spa experience
- Practical knowledge of computer operations, EMR knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English & Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pleasant, professional demeanor and sales oriented
- Health conscious, athletic & energetic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Friendly and compassionate disposition
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Social media and marketing experience a plus
