We are looking for a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our busy repair shop. As an Auto Tech, you will assist our customers by diagnosing and repairing issues with vehicle that have been in a collision.
As an Auto Body Tech, you must have an in-depth understanding of using the proper equipment and standards during repairs such as experience with a frame machine as well as using an aluminum/copper/metal welder. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work space, working with estimators to document all needed repairs and being a team player.
The ideal candidate is skilled in communicating with other employees to keep the flow of the shop and be able to explain vehicle issues clearly and concisely and provide valuable advice.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all repairs at completion before the vehicle moves onto detail
- Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information to estimators
- Maintain accurate repair details through requested forms of communication
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is NOT required
- Driver's License is preferred
- Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
