Basic scope of work :
The Junior Staffing and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for staffing wellness events and onboarding new providers. You will serve as the primary contact for providers, offering ongoing training and support while maintaining our recruiting platform and tools.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with staffing and sales teams to address hiring needs and sourcing providers for one-time events and wellness programs across the U.
S. and Canada. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work is required.
This role is full time and remote but you must be based in the following states : OR, ME, IL, NC. We will not consider applicants outside of these locations.
Responsibilities & Duties :
Send recruiting emails and communications
Speak with applicants on the phone, text, and email
Keep detailed and accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Track metrics for conversion rates
Proactively source and recruit for future needs
Onboard new providers in the U.S. and Canada
Provide customer service to our providers
Meet with sales teams to understand recruiting needs
Develop talent resources in regions difficult to hire / contract
Understands both employee and independent contractor staffing models

Requirements
Qualifications :
0-1 year of professional work experience preferably in sourcing and / or recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, remote environment
BA Preferred
Outstanding verbal and written skills
Able to use your own laptop
