Position Overview
As a BODY20 Sales Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.
A day in the life :
Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre / during / post) shift activities.Work hand-in-hand with our Coaches to guide potential members through their first BODY20 workout.Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.Participate in marketing and outreach eventsMaintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all timesResponsible for attending and participating in all relative BODY20 training programsPresale Responsibilities and Standards .
Organic Lead Generation : Actively engage in organic lead generation activities daily with the studio manager, or through their direction, to inform local businesses and people in the community about BODY20 coming to the area.Daily Pre-sale center set up. This includes but is not limited to : prop signs, tents, tables, stick-in-the-muds, and flags.Social Media Engagement : promotion of all new members following the studio page, capturing pictures of all new members to post on social media, help with creative content ideas to capture followers and keep followers engaged.Work events or presale center outside, if weather permits, under the tentRequirements
Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendlyPassion for health and wellnessStrong Follow-up and organizational skillsAt BODY20, we live what we believe.
