Position : Studio Manager
BODY20 Sugar Land is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. Studio Managers are responsible for driving membership and retails sales while also managing studio employees and meeting business deadlines.

The Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitabilityProvide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and CoachesRetain existing members and engage with them in a way that generates referralsResponsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to new memberships, revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenanceAttend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate WebinarsEnsure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budgetHost weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and CoachEnsure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.Plan and promote special events for the studioResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally soundQualifications
1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industryAssociate or bachelors degree in business or a related field, with 3 years of managementComfortable learning new software systemsOrganizedTrustworthyFamiliar with optimizing schedulesAbility to build rapport and lasting relationships with all members and employeesMinimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenueWho Are We?
