Lead Coach at BODY20 is a “Player/Coach” position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with the Studio Manager to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members. Responsibilities
- Recruit and maintain a sufficient amount of fitness coaches to service each member and guest that completes a BODY20 session or demo
- Establish monthly goals in sessions, demos and demo conversion for all Fitness Coaches
- Monthly evaluation of Fitness Coach in sessions, demos serviced and demo conversion
- Conduct weekly staff meetings
- Onboard and Train all new Fitness Coaches
- Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions
- Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and products
- Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
- Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess honesty and personal integrity
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
