Job Summary : The BODYBAR Pilates Studio Manager (SM) is responsible for achieving sales targets through management of studio staff and membership operations. This individual is responsible for the implementation of the studio’s sales process and member retention strategies, trains and manages the sales team, and serves as the face of the brand both in and out of the studio. The role requires someone with sales, management, and leadership experience. Boutique fitness experience is a plus.
