As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for performing HVOF, plasma and/or other thermal spray coating operations per customer requirements and job folder specifications. In addition, you will:
- Review job folder to verify area of part to be masked, cleaned and/or blasted and coated.
- Confirm all pre-coating requirements have been completed according to job folder specification.
- Follow in-process inspection procedures as needed to verify current operation meets customer and technical plan requirements.
- Record and sign off on all applicable data defined in the job folder
- Report all coating problems, inaccuracies in job folder, damaged parts and/or tooling and fixtures to Thermal Spray Lead
- Make appropriate use of coating materials, equipment and documentation

- This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
- Education – High School diploma
- Experience performing detailed manual work with hands.
- Must be able to work in a sitting and standing position for extended periods of time in an office/industrial environment
- Demonstrated organizational and documentation skills
- Up to 50lbs lifted 20-80 times a day
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
