We are currently interviewing for a Thermal Spray Technician in North Clarendon, VT.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing HVOF, plasma, and/or other thermal spray coating operations per customer requirements and job folder specifications. In addition, you will:
- Review the job folder to verify the area of the part to be masked, cleaned, and/or blasted and coated. Confirm all pre-coating requirements have been completed according to job folder specifications.
- Follow in-process inspection procedures as needed to verify current operation meets customer and technical plan requirements.
- Record and sign off on all applicable data defined in the job folder.
- Report all coating problems, inaccuracies in the job folder, damaged parts, and/or tooling and fixtures to Thermal Spray Lead.
- Make appropriate use of coating materials, equipment, and documentation.

- This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
- Education – High School diploma.
- Experience performing detailed manual work with hands.
- Must be able to work in a sitting and standing position for extended periods in an office/industrial environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and documentation skills.
- Up to 50lbs lifted 20-80 times a day.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
