3 pm - 11 : 30 pm Monday – Friday.

Come start a career with Bodycote building and boxing cycles and loading / unloading the cycles into / out of the units. Additional duties :
Operating duty in the Control Room.
Creating / correcting Load Diagrams.
Loading / unloading units.
Updating KPI Database.
Run order of units.
Understand temperature and pressure to run cycles at optimal temperatures / pressures with the allowed deltas.
Recognize which thermocouples to disregard.
Understanding what temperature to start venting cycles at, and how large of a can / ring to use for loading parts.
Stack parts for optimal space usage.
Place thermocouples for optimal temperature readings.
Follow the established work procedures and control measures (including the use of PPE where issued) and any applicable Safety Health & Environment (SHE) rules.
Suggest areas for improvement to their manager.
Support improvement measures.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications :
This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience with heat treatment operation and / or drinking / wastewater management.
Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Must be able to work overtime or any shift, including weekends as needed.
Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
