- Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

- Operating duty in the Control Room.
- Creating/correcting Load Diagrams.
- Loading/unloading units.
- Updating KPI Database.
- Run order of units.
- Understand temperature and pressure to run cycles at optimal temperatures/pressures with the allowed deltas.
- Recognize which thermocouples to disregard.
- Understanding what temperature to start venting cycles at, how large of a can/ring to use for loading parts.
- Stack parts for optimal space usage.
- Place thermocouples for optimal temperature readings.
- Follow the established work procedures and control measures (including the use of PPE where issued) and any applicable Safety Health & Environment (SHE) rules.
- Suggest areas for improvement to their manager.
- Support improvement measures.
- This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with heat treatment operation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Must be able to work overtime or any shift, including weekends as needed.
- Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
