Position Summary:
Based in Hebron, KY this role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment.
Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following.
- Monitor the preventative maintenance programs to ensure that facilities and equipment are cared for proactively. Complete all preventative maintenance tasks on a timely basis.
- Evaluate maintenance requests to understand problems and determine the best resolution.
- Maintain operating condition of building facilities and equipment.
- Welding, fabrication, plumbing, and light carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and complete comprehensive repairs to thermal spray equipment through knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, and related skills.
- Troubleshoot and repair vacuum furnaces, leak testing, pump and motor repairs, heating elements, thermocouple replacements, and resolve other electrical-mechanical issues.
- Working knowledge and operation of Fanuc robots is a plus.
- Experience working with and troubleshooting high voltage 480 VAC and control circuits.
- Experience programming and or troubleshooting PLCs, Honeywell, Allen Bradley.
- Operate lathe, vertical mill, band saw, MIG, TIG, Arc welding, plasma cutter, and common hand or power tools.
- Observe all safety rules in the production areas:
- Wearing Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Follow proper tie-off procedures.
- Help in other areas as directed.
- Use a digital maintenance management system to track work and log information related to completed tasks.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to environmental and regulatory requirements.

- This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
- Education – High School diploma. A two-year technical degree is a plus.
- Experience – minimum 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strongly prefer candidates who have a working knowledge of thermal spray technology and general industrial technologies including electronics, robotics, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read equipment schematics.
- Familiarity with digital maintenance management systems is preferred.

- Must be able to work in an industrial environment including at elevated heights and in confined spaces.
- Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions.
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and reach to perform functions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, humidity, etc.
- Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
- Ability to hear in person and via phone.
