We are currently interviewing for a Utility Operator in Hebron KY

The Utility Operator in the Dry Film Lube area is responsible for performing dry film lube coating operations per customer requirements and job folder specifications. You will:
- Review the job folder to verify the part to be put through the dry film lubrication process.
- Perform visual inspection on parts for defects prior to being put through the dry film lubrication process.
- Perform appropriate dry film lubrication process per work instructions and job folder.
- Record and sign off on all applicable data defined in the job folder.
- Report all dry film lubrication problems, inaccuracies in the job folder, damaged parts, and/or dry film lube materials to Shift Lead.
- Follow in-process inspection procedures as needed to verify current operation meets customer and job folder requirements.
- Observe all Environment, Health, and Safety Policy requirements.
- Keeping the work area neat and orderly at all times.
- Wearing safety glasses in identified areas.
- Wearing protective gloves when working with solvents/chemicals.
- Disposal of waste per safety standard.
- Practice attention to detail with a focused goal of zero rework.
- Excellent record of attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Assist supervisor in developing processes that will improve operations.
- 100% on-time delivery of assigned projects.
- Effective communication with lead, plant leadership, and co-workers.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
- Education – High School diploma.
- Experience – work experience in a production environment preferred.
- Demonstrated organization and documentation skills.
- Previous experience spraying in an industrial painting or coating operation is preferred.
