Position Overview:
BodyHealth is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Affiliate Manager to prioritize growing sales revenue through our existing affiliate partnerships while also recruiting new affiliates to expand our program. This role focuses on nurturing and optimizing current affiliate relationships to maximize performance, followed by strategic recruitment of new partners. Additionally, the Affiliate Manager will be responsible for verifying affiliate commissions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales revenue through existing affiliate partnerships by developing and optimizing their performance.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current affiliates to enhance loyalty and productivity.
- Identify and onboard new affiliates to further expand the program.
- Collaborate with affiliates to implement strategies that boost their contributions to BodyHealth’s revenue.
- Verify affiliate commissions to ensure accuracy and transparency in payments.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage incentive programs that motivate affiliates to increase sales.
- Utilize affiliate tracking platforms to manage and monitor affiliate activities and performance.
- Stay informed of market trends and identify new opportunities for affiliate growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in affiliate management
- Experience with an affiliate tracking application or platform.
- Experience in commission verification and financial accuracy.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple affiliate relationships.
- Familiarity with performance tracking and data analysis.
- Experience in health, wellness, or a related industry is a plus.
