BodyLase continues to grow and we are looking for another full-time Spa Concierge to join our BodyLase Family in Cary. We are looking for an energetic, professional teammate with excellent communication skills, a passion to deliver world-class service, and a love for working on a variety of tasks.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in Guest and/or Retail service
• Schedule Flexibility
• Full-time evening and Saturday availability (This is a full-time year-round postion)
• Passion for the Beauty Industry

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with Meevo Software
• Experience working at a Medical Spa
• Bilingual

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Scheduling & rescheduling appointments
• Checking clients in/out accordingly
• Answering phones
• Managing rewards programs & EMR records
• Administrative tasks including obtaining consents, scanning documents, and uploading client files
• Answering client questions & educating them on treatments and products
• Responsible for opening/closing, spa cleanliness & overall appearance
• Participate in team effort to manage & meet spa goals
