We are looking for a motivated Marketing, Sales, and Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fitness and wellness industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, seeking to learn, be challenged to grow, and gain university credit for their experience.

Position Overview

As a Marketing, Sales, and Operations Intern, you will play a key role in promoting BODYROK Murfreesboro, engaging with clients, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio. This internship is designed for students looking to develop skills in marketing, sales, and business operations while gaining valuable industry experience. This internship will be 6 to 8 weeks long.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and in-studio promotions.
• Contribute and grow BODYROK Murfreesboro’s social media presence by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Support sales efforts by assisting with client outreach, membership inquiries, and retention strategies.
• Help coordinate special events, community partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with daily studio operations, including front desk support, client check-ins, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit prosocial skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva)
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and growing environment.

• The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms

• While performing the duties of this job, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
• The noise level in the studio environment is loud
