What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Bodyscapes Fitness?
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting, assisting and ensuring our membership experience by playing a critical role in day-to-day operations. This person is the first point of contact for all new members and clients, so it's critical that this person enjoys working with people. Successful candidates are friendly and responsible team players that can think quickly on their feet. Must be enthusiastic about fitness and health.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet prospects, members, and clients; offer and provide tours
Professional, reliable, energetic, and friendly voice and interpersonal manner
Execute and record sales for membership, Personal Training, Pilates, and retail items
Maintain general tidiness of facility and locker rooms, as well as clean exercise equipment
Possess current CPR/ AED certification or ability to obtain proper certification
Ability to operate simple equipment and lift forty-five (45) pounds sufficiently to perform the job
We are open most days of the year to serve customers. Must be available to work a non-traditional work week occasionally. Compensation includes a complementary gym membership (approximate value of $90 per month).

Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 6:00am-8:30pm
Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm
Sunday 8:00am-1:00pm
