What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at BODYWORKS DAY SPA?
Bodyworks Day Spa is seeking an individual for a part time position with our front desk team. The successful candidate MUST be available until 7pm 3 weekdays and Saturdays until 5pm. (An occasional Saturday may be requested off for a special event i.e. Wedding)
Position will include:
· Checking guests in and out, and supporting our service staff. Laundry and cleaning
Position Requirements:
· Good Customer Service skills- This means you are willing and ready to help all clients with a smile.
· Organization
· Ability to count change
· Willingness to learn new things.
· Self-motivation
· Working with Clients hands on to help them find Make-up and other Cosmetic products that suit their needs.
· Able to follow direction
· Creativity
· You must also be interested in working with our bareMinerals cosmetics and skincare, Image Skincare, and several other product lines. You would be required to work hands-on, after training, with our customers.
We will work around a reasonable class schedule for summer and school year for any students. Your schedule will be no less than 20 hours a week and can include more hours during times that other team members are on vacation.
