Responsibilities : Price customized solutions for customer approval. Help ensure the service department meets its budget by purchasing parts and supplies at the lowest prices. Ensure that all purchases have a purchase order and are correctly marked. Arranging for efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to technicians. Replenish truck stock using the Service Titan replenishment system. Work with vendors to ensure the shop has all standard stock service parts and materials. Complete van inventories at the end of the year and report results. Process all warranty parts and warranty labor credits quickly. Keep the warehouse area neat and clean. Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
