The eDiscovery Engineer will partner with the IT Team members and the client community to deliver and implement underlying technology solutions in support of the business objectives to improve productivity and enhance processes. Responsibilities include participation on or leading underlying technology projects and baseline systems support, technical guidance, administrative and maintenance duties. This position is a 2 year fixed duration position. This role has a flexible hybrid onsite work schedule 2-3 days per week in our Ridgefield, CT location dependent on business needs and should be located in proximity to this location.

- Duties & Responsibilities
- Consulting and Analysis : Meet regularly with IT colleagues and stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes and needs. Determine / gather requirements to present possible solutions or improvements.
- Client Support : Perform baseline system support, administrative and maintenance duties for assigned systems. Troubleshoot application and system problems and take corrective action.
- Project / Solution Activities : Support goals by participating on project teams. Deliver on assigned tasks and action items.
- Technical Focus : Leverage knowledge of applications / systems and underlying architecture. Maintains awareness of IT process best practices, technology trends and emerging technologies.
- Documentation : Determine documentation requirements and produce documentation as required in support of baseline and project activities
- Requirements
- Advanced level of technical understanding and demonstrated knowledge of their area of responsibility.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with project management.
- Solid understanding of system life cycle methodology.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with 7 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with 5 years of experience; or a Master in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of a minimum of 7 years.

This position offers a base salary typically between $75,000 - $147,000?
