| JOB SUMMARY |
Perform on-site services work at the customer including installation, maintenance, customer assistance and repairs. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
*This position will be based in Charleston, South Carolina.*

- Troubleshoots issues dealing with various aspects of Boeing EnCore products including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, decorative and engineering/drawing.
- Rework all items determined unacceptable by airline customers or aircraft manufacturers as appropriate.
- Act as liaison and investigate problems after product delivery to customers or AC manufacturers.
- Works with Quality Assurance to provide feedback for issues discovered at receipt inspection and during product installation.
- Assists manufacturer as necessary during installation into aircraft.
- Logs customer concerns and feedback and communicates to appropriate counterparts in manufacturing, quality, program management and engineering.
- Follow all customer guidelines while onsite at the customer.
- Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Education:
- A High School Diploma is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of direct or related experience.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
