As a Systems Administrator at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for working on a critical knowledge sharing program for the customer with real world applications. The program that the team works on is high-visibility and enables collaboration across multiple partners as it is used in the day-to-day mission, throughout the customer and across the broader Intelligence Community (IC). Your work will enable data to be updated and shared in real-time and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security.
- Performs systems administration of server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
- Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
- Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all of the client / server / storage / network devices, etc.
- Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
- Configures and manages LINUX servers.
- Isolates and resolve of software problems involving the applications, the operating system, the communications infrastructure, or any combination thereof
- Troubleshoots, maintain integrity, and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Integrates new technologies into new and existing systems including the transition and migration of corporate systems
- Deploys, troubleshoots, and maintains software installed into containers in the OpenShift 3 or 4 environment.

Experience and Qualifications :
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications :
Required Education and Years of Experience :
9 Years of Experience in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree
7 Years of experience in addition to a Master’s Degree
13 Years of experience without a degree
Required Qualifications :
Active TS / SCI clearance with polygraph
Experience configuring and managing LINUX operating systems.
Experience investigating and resolving technical issues.
Active Security certification or other applicable certifications
Desired Qualifications :
Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
Experience using with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with DevOps pipeline and optimizing code.
Knowledge of Ruby and / or Python
Knowledge of Docker or other container tools
Telework / Remote Availability : Hybrid work authorized (minimum 2-3 days / week onsite)
Work Location(s) : Annapolis Junction, MD; Reston, Va; or Washington, DC
Summary Pay Range :
