Boeing Global Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website's visibility on search engines, driving organic traffic, and improving overall search engine rankings. The SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and achieve business goals.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization.
- Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headers, and content for target keywords.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google/Adobe Analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Orchestrate and support implementation of technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Plan and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve backlink profile.
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to Boeing leadership and team members.
- Collaborate with web developers to address technical SEO issues and ensure SEO best practices are followed during website development.
- Collaborate with others within digital experience program and other Boeing teams to manage SEO strategy.
- Continuously optimize and improve website content and structure based on data-driven insights.
- Internal lead for SEO agency relationship. Incorporate findings, best practices into flow of operations. Translate best practices from ideation to execution. Bring partner and Boeing focals together for regular alignment.
- Additionally, leading our local listings strategy supporting our Boeing online presence and business listings (e.g., Google Business, Wikipedia, etc.)
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5-7 years in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress) and HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with e-commerce SEO and optimizing product listings.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies and citation management.
- Familiarity with international SEO and multilingual website optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of achieving significant improvements in organic search performance.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in the SEO industry.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and SEO software.
- Project management skills for coordinating and executing SEO initiatives.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master 3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
